Tom Crider began his career as a builder and remodeler in 1964, in West Texas, and expanded into
real estate marketing and development, when he moved to Austin, in 1976.
Tom opened his first real estate company in 1977, specializing in residential brokerage and marketing of small builders. During the 1980's, he expanded into subdivision development and commercial marketing, while continuing his involvment in the home building industry. Tom has since managed, operated and owned several successful building and real estate marketing companies, throughout the Austin area. Tom established New Home Austin, LLC in 2003, operating as New Home Austin Real Estate and specializing in residential marketing, along with a commercial division, which operates as nhA Real Estate. Although he is still an active homebuilder and President of LakeRidge Custom Homes, Tom devotes much of his time to management of real estate operations, acquisition of custom home sites and commercial real estate services, including construction consulting and leasing. His management goal is to provide superior real estate services by building a team of highly experienced real estate professionals.
