More than 20 years of Sandy’s professional career was spent as a buyer and contract administrator and she holds numerous professional certifications in those fields. She now uses those skills to find unique products and finishes that personalize each home and insure that it is not only well built, but also well dressed. It is largely her efforts that make building a LakeRidge Custom Home enjoyable. She coordinates design, décor and product acquisition to help make each home a testament to beauty and function. Her efforts assist our customers in finding the best quality and pricing on the most current and innovative products. Sandy lends her personal touch at every phase of the pre-construction process, insuring that all critical elements are in place prior to construction. Once the home is complete, she administers our 10-year “BONDED BUILDER” warranty services, insuring that the home performs as designed.

Tom entered the industry in 1964 as a salesman for a small builder and quickly became involved in the design and construction of custom homes. He later began buying; renovating and selling small homes and has since owned or managed building, development and real estate companies, ranging from production to high-end custom housing. Tom now designs or manages the architectural and structural design of every LakeRidge home. As a hands-on construction manager, his goal is to build homes of exceptional beauty, quality and value, regardless of price. Proven construction techniques and technologically advanced products are used in the construction of every home. It is his mission is to insure these elements are properly supervised and implemented by skilled craftsmen and that the design and construction of each home meets Buyer expectations.

A critical element of the LakeRidge story is the resolve to maintain good communications with our customers and to understand their home building goals. To that end, Paul, a long time friend and associate, was recruited to assist customers throughout the planning and construction of their homes. His extensive engineering, project management and real estate background, make him uniquely qualified for the position. Paul is a valuable resource for site location or analysis of an existing site and assists in the development of home designs that compliment the unique features of the site. In addition, he assists customers with financing and other construction or real estate related needs. His efforts assure our customers that every effort is made to fulfill their requirements and to deliver the home they expect.
