Her efforts help make building a

Sandy coordinates design, décor and product acquisition to help make each home a testament to beauty and function and assists Buyers in finding the best quality and the best pricing on the most current and innovative products available. Her personal touch, throughout the pre-construction process, insures that all critical elements are in place when construction begins. She's always on hand to assist, throughout the construction of our homes and upon completion, administers our 10-year “BONDED BUILDER” warranty services, insuring that the home performs as designed.

Tom entered the home building
industry in 1964, working for a small, custom home builder in West Texas, where he learned the basics of custom home design and construction. A few years later, he and a partner established a small construction company and began buying, renovating and selling homes in West Texas. Tom moved to the Austin area in 1976, where he has managed and/ or owned
residential and commercial building, development and real estate companies, ranging from popular priced, production housing to high-end, custom home construction. He established LakeRige Custom homes in 2000. The company's "Hands On" building phylosphy reflects his dedication to the design and construction of homes that are of exceptional beauty, quality and value, regardless of price. Assisted by a team of talented architects and engineers, Tom personally designs or coordinates the architectural and structural design of every LakeRidge home or renovation. It is his personal mission to insure the unique design requirements of every Buyer are reflected in the finished product and that construction is intensely supervised and properly implemented by skilled craftsmen. To that end, Tom has assembled a team of proven construction specialists who insist on the use of technologically advanced products and techniques in the construction of each home.

Randy is an Austin native and has lived and worked in the area most of his life. While attending Southwest Texas State University and the University of Texas, from 1972-1976, he worked part-time in the construction field. He found the work to be challenging and enjoyable, so decided to
extend his education to include Construction Management at Angelo State University. After
those years of education and practical experience, he began his career in 1977 and has since worked at every level of the homebuilding industry, from superintendant to manager and, later, as an owner. He has built, restored and renovated
hundreds of homes, of virtually every style and price range, and ranging from city homes to lakefront villas and high-rise townhouses. His first love is building fine custom homes, and he has perfected the art of converting unique ideas into unique living environments. Randy's association with LakeRidge adds strength and experience to the management team and further assures home buyers of the company's dedication to high building standards. In the hands-on, company tradition; he is personally involved in every phase of the building process, with oversight of materials, structural design and implementation of field construction.

One of the critical elements of the LakeRidge building experience is the resolve to maintain an open dialogue with our Buyers, so that we can better understand and fullfill their personal needs and goals. To that end, Paul, a long time friend and associate, was recruited t o assist Buyers
throughout the planning and construction of their homes. His extensive engineering, project management and real estate background, make him uniquely qualified for the position. Paul is a valuable resource for site location or analysis of an existing site and assists in the development of home designs that compliment the unique features of the site. As a licensed professional, he can also assist Buyers with related real estate needs.
